- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came here to have stitches removed after surgery, I then had to return a week later as there was a stitch left in the surgical site, I then had to return again as my physio noticed that there was another stitch left in..when I returned to have the final stitch taken out the nurse was not helpful did not have the right equipment to take it out..her exact words were "what do you want me to do about it" Well I asked her again just to take it out as it was now infected..she said just to leave it in there and it would come out itself? Evidently it didn't come out itself and I had to have my surgeon re-open the surgical site to remove it. Awful service the nurse in question is not nice and clearly cannot do her job. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Its a Disgrace. Doctor doing the job of a receptionist and taking the salary of a doctor.i am leaving as i can not stand their appointment system. Note- if your english is poor you can not make an appointment. If you are employed you have to leave the whole days work coz you do not know what time your appointment will be and as such can not get someone to cover you. also you have very limited choice as to see the doctor of your choice which is against the NHS guide lines.by alam100June 30, 2017
